Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Nairobi takes 1–3 business days. Orders outside Nairobi typically take 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! All orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free delivery. Orders below this amount attract a flat delivery fee of KES 350.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status under My Account → Orders.

Do you deliver outside Kenya?

Currently we deliver within Kenya only. International shipping is something we are actively working on — follow us on Instagram for updates.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt to reach you. If delivery fails twice, your order will be held and you will need to contact us to reschedule within 5 days.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@ramafashions.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. Size exchanges are free of charge on your first exchange per order, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Sale items are also final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-PESA, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Our checkout is fully SSL encrypted and we do not store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled by our secure payment gateway.

Can I pay on delivery?

We currently do not offer pay on delivery. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

How do I apply a promo code?

On the cart page, enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" field and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before checkout.

My payment failed — what do I do?

Double check your card details or M-PESA number and try again. If the problem persists, contact us at hello@ramafashions.co.ke or via WhatsApp and we will assist you.

Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering.

Are the colours accurate in photos?

We do our best to represent colours accurately. However slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If in doubt, contact us for clarification before ordering.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! We offer custom orders and tailoring services. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements and we will provide a quote and timeline.

How do I care for my garments?

Care instructions are printed on each garment label. Generally we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water and avoiding tumble drying for delicate fabrics.

Are your fabrics ethically sourced?

Yes. We are committed to responsible sourcing and work with trusted local and continental suppliers who meet our quality and ethical standards.

Account & Profile
Do I need an account to shop?

You need an account to place orders, track deliveries, and manage your wishlist. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the login page click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in and go to My Account → Profile. Click "Edit Profile" to update your name, phone number, or email address.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from My Account → Settings → Delete Account. Note this is permanent and all your order history will be removed.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We take data privacy seriously and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
