Custom & Tailored Orders
Because every custom piece is made to your exact measurements, tailored orders have a different timeline from ready-to-wear items.

How Delivery Works

Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and complete checkout. For custom orders, contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page.

Order Confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation. For tailored pieces, we'll reach out to confirm measurements and design details.

Processing & Tailoring
Ready-to-wear orders are packed within 24 hours. Custom orders enter our tailoring queue immediately.

Out for Delivery
Your order is dispatched and you'll be notified with tracking details where available.

Delivered
Your order arrives. Please inspect it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
Important Notes
Business Hours: Orders placed after 5PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Pick-up Option: You can pick up your order directly from our workshop in Nairobi at no delivery charge. Contact us to arrange a pick-up time.
