General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rama Fashions & Designs website (ramafashions.co.ke) and the purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will render colours with perfect accuracy.

• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order

Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock after the order is placed
• Payment is not received or is declined
• We identify an error in the product description or price
• We are unable to deliver to your location

You may cancel a pending or confirmed order through your account dashboard before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns policy instead.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa): STK Push sent to your registered M-Pesa number. Payment must be completed within 3 minutes of the prompt.
• Cash on Delivery: Payment is due in full at the point of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw this option in certain areas.

All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings. We do not store card details on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Delivery

We deliver across Kenya. Delivery timelines and fees are as follows:

• Orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free delivery
• Standard delivery fee applies to orders below the free delivery threshold
• Nairobi orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days
• Upcountry orders may take 3–7 business days depending on location

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied, here is our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Sale items and custom/made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless faulty
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ramafashions.co.ke with your order number

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Rama Fashions & Designs and is protected under Kenyan and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand, designs, or content may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rama Fashions & Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to the site is provided on an "as is" basis.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@ramafashions.co.ke.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform or staff.
